A New Biker Billy Cookbook Is Coming

Call for Recipe Submissions!

Biker Billy is proud to announce that his fourth cookbook is now underway. This book is dedicated to great American Roadhouses, diners, burger joints, truck stops and the venerable drive-in; their recipes, history, and memorabilia.

If you enjoy a favorite roadhouse whose food is too good to be kept secret, send me their contact information (and what your favorite dish is), I will get in touch with them, then you both can be mentioned in the book. Just click here to submit a suggestion .

If you are the owner or chef at a biker friendly roadhouse, diner, or restaurant and would like to be included in the book, just submit your recipe and I will contact you. Just click here to submit a recipe.

The deadline for Submissions is April 23, 2008. Since I expect that there will be more submissions than room in one book please send your suggestions as soon as you can. You can email me at

2007 was a fiery year with the continued expansion his syndicated column in regional motorcycle publications across North America. Along with the continued success of both his third book “Biker Billy’s Hog Wild On a Harley Cookbook” and the paperback version of his best selling original book “Biker Billy Cooks with Fire".
