Harley-Davidson/Buell of Edison Holiday Sale Event
Biker Billy was at Harley-Davidson/Buell of Edison for their Holiday Sale Event. There were two shows on Saturday November 22, 2003. New London County Motorcycle Fall Open House
Biker Billy appeared at the New London County Motorcycle Fall Open House. There were two shows on Saturday October 4, 2003 at 11:30 PM and 1:30 PM. Lots of folks came by and saw the great 2004 models and all the new colorful paint that is available this model year. Biker Billy autographed his latest book “Biker Billy's Hog Wild on a Harley Cookbook”, which is filled with recipes from Harley Bikers across America. Biker Billy appeared at the Chuck's Harley-Davidson Fall Open House. There were two shows on Saturday October 25, 2003. Las Vegas Bikefest
Biker Billy appeared at the Las Vegas Bikefest. There were two shows Friday September 12, 2003 at 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM and one show on Saturday September 13, 2003 at 2:00 PM. Biker Billy was also the Master of Ceremonies at the Chili Cook-off, which was Saturday at 6:00 PM. While Biker Billy did not compete in the cook-off there was some of Biker Billy's Famous Chili to sample that evening and it illuminated quite a few folks. Biker Billy also autographed his latest book “Biker Billy's Hog Wild on a Harley Cookbook”, which has a chapter filled with chili recipes from Harley Bikers across America.
Battlefield Harley-Davidson/Buell
Biker Billy was at Battlefield Harley-Davidson/Buell for the York Open House weekend were he did two shows a day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, September 19, 20, and 21, 2003. All who came to see the shows and check out their great dealership had a great time. FYI, there is a recipe in “Biker Billy's Hog Wild on a Harley” from Jen LeVan, co-owner of Battlefield. AUGUST 2003 EVENTS
Harley-Davidson 100th Anniversary Celebration
Biker Billy did two shows a day during the Harley-Davidson 100th Anniversary Celebration at the Summerfest Grounds in Milwaukee, WI. The Celebration was Thursday August 28, Friday August 29 and Saturday August 30, 2003. Biker Billy's shows were scheduled on the Comedy Stage at the Summerfest Grounds (which is near the Marcus Amphitheater and is label as letter "K" on the downloadable Summerfest Grounds map, use the above link to get the map). The shows were at 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM each day.
Six Flags Worlds of Adventure
Biker Billy appeared at Six Flags Worlds of Adventure in Aurora, Ohio on Sunday August 17, 2003 for two shows as a part of their Bikefest. Six Flags Worlds of Adventure. Carlton Harley-Davidson and the Muscular Dystrophy Association proudly presented the first annual Poker Run and Bikefest. Sunday, Aug. 17 started with Cottonmouth kicking off the concert series at 3 p.m. Following that, Molly Hatchet performed at 4 p.m. and then the Marshall Tucker Band at 6 p.m.
"Hundred Years of Gears" at Street Track 'N Trail Harley-Davidson
Biker Billy was a featured performer at the "Hundred Years of Gears" celebration hosted by Street Track 'N Trail in Conneaut, PA. This was a wonderful dealer event in honor of Harley-Davidson's 100th Anniversary. They had everything from a poker run to the AMA Heritage Museum to a HOG chapter dunk tank. JULY 2003 EVENTS
Carlisle Summer Bike Fest
Biker Billy returned to the Carlisle, PA for the second annual "Carlisle Summer Bike Fest" July 25-27, 2003. For a long time Carlisle has been world renown for their classic car shows and swap meets. The folks at Carlisle Events are bringing that same professional showmanship to the arena of motorcycle events. Rocky Mountain Thunder Rally
For the July Fourth weekend (7/4-5/03) Biker Billy was in Pueblo Colorado at the Rocky Mountain Thunder Rally. Biker Billy presented four fiery shows that were as hot as the 100 plus degree weather. This rally is located at the Colorado State Fairgrounds, which is a spacious location and there is great riding to enjoy in Colorado watch this event as it grows. For more information Click here.

Thunder in the Valley

Biker Billy was the featured chef on Regis and Kelly on Friday May 30, 2003 as part of their "Grilling Friday" series. It was a blast for Biker Billy to make his second appearance on this fun morning show and share recipes from his new book. For more information Click here.

On May 22, 2003 Biker Billy appeared on the QVC television-shopping network and received an enthusiastic response. The segment featured his new book "Biker Billy's Hog Wild on a Harley Cookbook". Highlighted during the segment were several tasty recipes from the book.

Pennsylvania Farm Show 2003
Biker Billy appeared at the Pennsylvania Farm Show 2003 for one show at 1:00 PM on January 11, 2003. Admission was FREE for all events during Farm Show Week. Days/Hours of operation: January 11 - 18, 2003. Competitive Exhibits were open at 8 AM through 9 PM daily except for Saturday, January 18, when they closed at 5 PM. The Commercial exhibits opened at 9 AM through 9 PM daily except for Saturday, January 18, when they closed at 7 PM.
The Farm Show Complex is located along Cameron and Maclay Streets in Harrisburg, just off Exit 67 of Interstate 81. Message boards and Keystone signs will direct Farm Show visitors onto alternate routes to alleviate traffic congestion on I-81. Other arteries include Route 39, Route 22/322, Route 230 and Elmerton Avenue.
Biker Billy's Freeway-a-Fire Dinner Buffet
Biker Billy hosted a special dinner at the Harrisburg Hilton on January 11th, 2003 as part of his appearance at the Pennsylvania Farm Show 2003. Chef John Reis and his team at the Harrisburg Hilton prepared a fiery collection of recipes from "Biker Billy's Freeway-A-Fire Cookbook".

North American International
Motorcycle Supershow 2003
Biker Billy appeared at the North American International Motorcycle Supershow in Toronto, Canada on January 4th and 5th, 2003. This was Biker Billy's first international Appearance. Having ridden his Motorcycle across Canada from Vancouver to Nova Scotia Biker Billy was excited to be performing for the first time in Canada, for more information on the Supershow click here
The North American International Motorcycle Supershow is Toronto's Only Show with Everything in Motorcycling. Located at the Toronto International Centre, 6900 Airport Road, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The show offered Free Parking and was open: Friday: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM and Sunday: 10:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Biker Billy performed two shows a day on both Saturday and Sunday.
